Drop-in Sessions

Just Meditation offers a distinctive approach to the learning and practice of mindfulness meditation that is simple, accessible and inclusive. We run regular drop-in sessions, both online and in-person, to support you in your practice.
All our sessions – both online and in-person – are open to all, and follow a simple and inclusive format. This may include a short introduction followed by one or two periods of silent meditation. All sessions are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience alike.

Join the Online Sessions

Attending the online sessions couldn’t be easier. Simply register via the button below and login via Zoom. 

You only need to register once, and then can attend any session. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Online sessions currently run to the following timetable:

weekly on Wednesdays 08.00-08.25 am

and Saturdays 10.30-11.30am
