We are running the following timetable of drop-in meditation sessions via Zoom as we continue to make the benefits of meditation ‘accessible, affordable and available to all’ at a time when those benefits are most needed. 

Wednesdays 08.00-08.25 am

Saturdays 10.30-11.30 am

The online drop-in sessions are offered completely free of charge, to anyone anywhere, but donations to support the further development of this work are always welcome!

More Information

Just Meditation offers a distinctive approach to the learning and practice of mindfulness meditation that is simple, accessible and inclusive. Our online sessions are open to all, and suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience.
You only need to register once, and then can attend any session. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. 
Zoom meetings require a password, and this information is contained in the email.
All our online sessions are offered completely free of charge (but donations are always welcome). We hope you’ll be able to join us!
